Special vulnerable tribal groups

All families whose head is widowed / single woman

PHH Card Eligibility –

There should be no.less than three rooms home , Dont Have four wheelers or agricultural equipment,

The head of the family is a landless agricultural laborer.

The head is a marginal or small farmer. The head is a registered worker in the unorganized sector.

No family member should be in a government job.

ANNAPURNA (Annapurna) –

Under this scheme, people over 65 years are given free ration of 10 kg per month.

Ration card eligibility-

Any person who is a legal citizen of India can apply for a ration card. The applicant should not have a ration card in other states and should not possess any other family card in the same state.

Norms set for the selection of beneficiaries under the National Food Security Act

1. All persons above 60 years of age who are not employed in Government of India / State Government / Central Government or their council / enterprise / undertaking / other autonomous bodies like University etc. Municipal Corporation / Municipal Councilor / Municipal Justice etc.
2. All widows and abandonment not employed in Government of India / State Government / Central Government or their council / enterprise / undertaking / other autonomous bodies like University etc. Municipal Corporation / Municipal Councilor / Municipal Justice etc.
3. All persons with disabilities whose percentage of disability is 40 or more, who are in Government of India / State Government / Union Territory or their council / enterprise / process / undertaking / other autonomous bodies like University etc. Municipal Corporation / Municipal Councilor / Municipal Justice etc. Planned service should not be discontinued.
4. Members of all Madim Tribes who are not employed in Government of India / State Government / Central Government or their council / enterprise / undertaking / other autonomous bodies like University etc. Municipal Corporation / Municipal Councilor / Municipal Justice etc.
5. Persons suffering from cancer, AIDS, leprosy and incurable diseases, who are employed in Government of India / State Government / Central Government or their council / enterprise / undertaking / undertaking / other autonomous bodies like University etc. Municipal Corporation / Municipal Councilor / Municipal Justice etc. Don’t be

• Any member of the family employed in Government of India / State Government / Union Territory or their Council / Enterprise / Process / Undertaking / other autonomous bodies like University etc. Municipal Corporation / Municipal Councilor / Municipal Justice etc. or
• Any member of the family pays income tax / service tax / professional tax or
• Families whose four-wheelers are owned by any member. Tractor, harvester or
• Families whose members own more than five acres of irrigated land alone or owned by another member,
• Families that have a ceiling of pucca rooms of three or more rooms.
• Families with refrigerators / air condition / washing machines, generators of five KVA or more.
• Families that have machine driven four wheeled farm equipment like (tractors, harvesters etc.).
